My name is Kody Power. I am 23 years old and currently enrolled in the Esports and Business Administration program at Bow Valley College.

Alongside my studies, I work full-time at Cactus Club Cafe as a line cook. I also bring previous leadership experience in general management, where I was responsible for overseeing operations across two franchise restaurant locations.

My passion lies in business development, brand building, and creating visually engaging products that audiences can connect with. Through esports, I hope to build meaningful entertainment experiences that can become a recognizable and lasting part of the industry.

Nico“Nado” De Nuccio

Co-Owner

My name is Nico “Nado” De Nuccio, and I’m 24 years old. I’ve been involved in esports since I was 13 and have had the pleasure of working with 8+ organizations over the years in a variety of roles, gaining experience in team operations, management, and organizational development. I spent a variety of years as a competitor in the Call of Duty space which is where I consider my roots to be!

Outside of esports, I work in the commercial and architectural coatings industry, where I’ve held territory management and sales roles with leading manufacturers. I also studied Business Administration with a focus in Supply Chain Management and Marketing at West Texas A&M University.

As a Co-Owner of Skyline, I’m excited to help build the foundation of our organization, support our players, and create a winning culture with the amazing staff team we have here at Skyline!

Spencer“Cinema” Matthews

Co-Owner

Hey! I’m Cinema, but most people call me “Cin”. A little about me I served 6 years in the Navy before moving into construction after getting out. I’ve been playing Call of Duty since 2005, starting with CoD 2: Big Red One, and I’ve been involved in the competitive scene for roughly 8 years. I’m also the former owner of TiltedGaming, which honestly taught me a lot. Most of it came through trial and error, but those experiences gave me a much better understanding of what it takes to build, manage, and grow an organization.

I’m bringing everything I’ve learned from those experiences with me to Skyline. I’m here to help wherever I can, learn along the way, and hopefully play a part in taking this organization to the next level. We never know what’s ahead, but we can always be prepared for it. Let’s see where this takes us.

Jake ”Sloth”

Co-Owner

Hello! My name is Jake or as most people call me, “sloth” I have been involved in call of duty esports since a child. I have competed, ran my org, coached etc. I am excited to be apart of skyline and believe our future as an org will be unstoppable

Antonio Lujan

Co-Owner

My name is Antonio Lujan, a.k.a. xBuckshotGaming, and I am a Co-Owner at Skyline. My background brings together technical discipline, operational strategy, and client management, with a focus on building sustainable organizational structures and long-term value in the esports and digital entertainment space.

Prior to entering the esports ownership space, I served in the U.S. Army specializing in cyber operations, instilling a foundation of precision, high-stakes decision-making, and disciplined execution. Coupled with hands-on experience in account management and an academic focus in cybersecurity and network systems, I approach organizational development through an analytical and structured lens.

As a Co-Owner of Skyline, my focus is on establishing a resilient foundation for our brand, backing our competitive rosters, and supporting creator growth. Whether refining internal processes, evaluating new competitive opportunities, or collaborating with our leadership team, I am dedicated to driving a professional, winning culture that sets our talent and community up for long-term success.

Elise Oaks

Co-Owner

My name is Elise Oaks, a.k.a. SukiOnii, and I am a Co-Owner at Skyline.

My love for competitive gaming began with the Apex Legends Global Series, which opened my eyes to the incredible potential of the esports scene. Alongside my involvement in gaming, I am currently pursuing my degree in Wildlife Conservation and Rehabilitation. I'm grateful to be in a season of life where I can invest my energy into following my true passions, with esports being a major one.

I love Skyline's vision and am thrilled to step into this new chapter for our organization. As a co-owner, my focus is on helping nurture an authentic, community-first culture that empowers our players, supports our creators, and builds lasting impact in the industry.

Taylor Keating

General Manager

My experience in esports is talent management and coaching. I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in Call of Duty history: Crimsix, Arcitys, Prestinni and Gunless. I’ve also coached in Call of Duty Challengers and the College Call of Duty League (CCL). These have given me a strong understanding of talent management, sponsorships, team building and player development. I’m excited to bring that experience to Skyline and help build an organization that can compete and grow for years to come.

Rezz “Nova Bird”

Investor & Director

What’s going on everybody? I’m Nova. Also known as ReZz, I’m in the army currently looking to get out and am in school for business administration. I’m 22 and actually started my esports journey about 10 years ago at 12. I started as a comp player for a bigger “niche” org in Blade Gaming, then moved to T9 as a casual “content” player. Then moved to a friends org to play in tournaments. After realising I was not good enough to compete (shade on myself) I moved to the business side of things where I have been in management ever since helping on the management side for about 6 years give or take and I’ve worked on a 4+ orgs. I’m hoping this degree in business management moves me up the chain fairly quickly and I can become a face in esports management in a few years. See ya on the flip side!
